Ridercam commences subscription period for new issue of SEK 23 million prior to listing on Nasdaq First North

Today, February 12, 2019, the subscription period for Ridercams new share issue will commence. In the case of a fully subscribed new share issue, Ridercam AB is transferred SEK 23 million before issue costs. The issue period runs until March 13, and if the Company is approved by First North, the first trading day for the share is estimated to be March 26, 2019. The company's valuation amounts to approximately SEK 147 million before the new share issue.
